Delivery and Returns
- HOW ARE DELIVERIES?
Shipping costs for orders are borne by Christina Prieth. Shipments to France, Belgium, Luxembourg and mainland Spain are made by Colissimo/DHL/UPS or via the Mondial Relay collection point service. These two options are offered to you when validating your order, it is up to you to choose according to your preferences. Belgium and Luxembourg can also benefit from Mondial Relay delivery. Shipments to Overseas, the Canary Islands, other countries Europe and abroad, on the other hand, are the responsibility of the customer and they are made via Colissimo/DHL/UPS or Mondial relay delivery point.
For orders delivered outside the European Union, taxes and customs duties may apply. These taxes and customs duties are your responsibility and must be paid upon delivery. Your order total does not include these taxes and duties.
2. HOW DO RETURNS WORK?
CHRISTINA PRIETH reserves the right to refuse any return from a country other than that of delivery.
Also reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return sent by a carrier not approved by the team.
For hygienic reasons, jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

Article 1.2 – Defective products: Any product damaged due to normal wear and tear, accident or misuse will not be considered defective. If you believe that your product was damaged during delivery, please contact us. immediately to the following e-mail address: email@example.com
We advise you to take a picture of the package received, as well as the damaged product and to make reservations with the carrier.
PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
To obtain the exchange or return voucher, you can request it through the “Contact” section or at the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org
You can only make one exchange per product ordered. Items from the same order must be returned in a single shipment.
STEP 1: After receiving your order, you have 14 days to send us a return request by email at: email@example.com or contact us in the “Contact Us” section indicating your order number.
STEP 2: Complete the return or exchange form that will be made available to you by our teams (exchange or return voucher).
STEP 3: Prepare your package.
Pack your return or exchange in its original packaging, specially designed for this purpose. You must attach to your package the return form duly completed by you and the reason for the return. Items returned or exchanged must be unused and have all original labeling intact and attached.
STEP 4: Check that you have all the transport documents
Our team will contact you to confirm the return or exchange and will provide you with the return label, as well as all the necessary transport documents.
It is important to attach all the documents provided by our team to your package.
Check that you have not forgotten anything.
STEP 5: Send your package according to the instructions provided by our team.
Returns are free for orders made from mainland France,Belgique, Luxembourg and Spain. We will send you a prepaid return slip to stick on your package that you can drop off directly at the Post Office or at a Mondial Relay pick-up point.
From the rest of the world, returns are your responsibility with the carrier of your choice. We advise you to send us the tracking number by email to avoid any problem in case of loss of your package. Here is the address to return the products to us:

CHRISTINA PRIETH offers you a refund credited via the payment method used at the time of purchase.
*All returns will be subject to validation and acceptance by our Quality Control department Once your return or exchange has been validated and accepted by our Quality Control department, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
3.TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT…
To exchange a garment that is too small or too large or to choose another colour, you must place a new order directly on our site with the desired size. The shipping costs remain at your charge as for any standard order. This simplifies the management of our stock and prevents everyone from getting confused.
